1 a.m. ... The alarm clock seems to mock me as I roll over again to check the time.
2 a.m. ... Again, the mocking.
3 a.m. ... Will sleep ever come?
4 a.m. ... Aw, come on!
Normally, insomnia is the last of my issues. In fact, I usually have the uncanny ability to be able to fall asleep anywhere at any time. If I was a superhero, I would be named Sleepman with the power to fall into a deep sleep on command and snore the villain to death. My power of… Continue

Now that we are shifting into autumn, it is only a matter of time until the cold weather hits us. Many people shift their activities to indoors when the cold arrives but the outdoors is still a great place to be in the winter. It can be just as enjoyable as the warmer times provided that you prepare accordingly for the cold weather.
